This tool converts between everyday colour formats and the Super NES's BGR555 format. Where the modern RGB format gives every colour channel an 8-bit range of 0-255, the BGR555 format only has 5 bits per colour giving a range of 0-31. This is so it can fit in the SNES's word length of 16 bits.
